Qualifications

• 2-6 years of civil litigation experience
• Complementary experience in real estate, corporate law and/or estate planning helpful, but not required
• Experience in legal research, drafting discovery, motions and briefs, handling depositions and court hearings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Maine or eligible to waive in

Responsibilities

• Full-time, on-site or hybrid role (flex on this) 
• Associate will work closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials and assist in managing cases from inception to resolution
• Responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and filing motions, handling depositions, and representing clients in court
