Maintenance Technician

We have partnered with a National Property Management company who is in need of Maintenance help for their 200 unit Garden Style Apartment complex in Rochester.

The pay range is $20-23/hour with a schedule of 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri

Techs are responsible for General Maintenance orders and Apartment Turnovers.

Skills required and main responsibilities: 

• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance.
• Experience in affordable housing/REAC inspection experience preferred but not required.
• Hands-on plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair
• Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8-hour shift
