Location: Fairhaven, MA
Schedule: M-F, 8:30am – 5:00pm – Full-time (40/hpw)
Pay Rate: $20-22/hr, depending on experience

Job Description:

• Answer incoming calls to facilitate entering orders
• Schedule appointments
• Enter prescriptions for the physician’s review
• Document phone contact with patient
• Manage electronic faxes
• Inform patients of test results 
• Assist with patient scheduling and registration. 
• Very good organizational skills are required
• Ability to listen and document simultaneously is required
