HVAC

.Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, AHU’s, compressors, and VAV’s.
• Respond to tenant requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for all emergencies (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inventory control
• Perform preventative maintenance.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Siemens Apogee EMS.
• Working knowledge of centrifugal chillers (TRANE and Carrier).
• Working knowledge of Cleaver-Brooks gas fired boilers.
• Have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, cooling towers, AHU’s, and VAV distribution.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Problem solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Have good conversation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Must have 2 or more years’ experience in the field.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
