The Role
The Asset Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for wireless tenants and property owners. This is a hands-on, execution-focused project management role requiring prior industry experience and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across leasing, development, and acquisitions.
This position works closely with senior leadership and offers the opportunity to play a key role in managing and expanding the company’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant & Leasing Project Management
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for carrier collocations, lease amendments, and related activities
- Review and coordinate lease documentation in collaboration with senior leadership
- Maintain strong responsiveness to tenants and their representatives
Infrastructure Development Management
- Manage third-party vendors (e.g., title, environmental, engineering, regulatory studies)
- Track deliverables and timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain and improve internal project tracking systems
- Begin with hands-on data management, with the opportunity to help define and implement best practices
Acquisitions & Due Diligence
- Oversee acquisition diligence processes and vendor coordination
- Review reports and monitor closing timelines
- Ensure accuracy across development and acquisition tracking systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with a wireless carrier real estate group or infrastructure company
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, including ground leases and easements
- Ability to review site surveys, environmental reports, and related documentation
- Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Fuze or similar) preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Service-oriented communication style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
