Temporary Leasing Specialist – Affordable Housing
Location: Bridgeton, NJ
Pay Rate: $22/hour (flexible)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Temporary Leasing Specialist to support an affordable housing community in Bridgeton to cover a Maternity Leave. This role will assist with daily operations, resident communication, and compliance-related tasks.

Seeking someone who is able to start as soon as Monday 4/27

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones and respond to resident inquiries
Enter and manage work orders
Assist with application intake and leasing support
Help process annual Recertifications (LIHTC/HUD/Section 8)
Maintain accurate resident files and documentation

Qualifications:

Prior leasing or property management experience required
Affordable housing experience preferred
Recertification/compliance experience a plus
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Ability to start immediately
