We have partnered with a longstanding Regional Property Management company who is looking to grow their Compliance Department in Central CT

Pay is in the $22-25/hour range with a schedule of 8am – 4:30pm

Position is responsible for the Recertification process for Project Based Section 8 tenants for the company’s Hartford properties

Previous experience processing verifications, performing calculations, handing out rental calculation notices, and working with EIVs is necessary for this position.

This position also requires the person to be a fluent Spanish speaker.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
