Hybrid Fitness Coordinator
Location: Austin, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
Pay: $18/hour

Overview
We are seeking a Client Success Coordinator to deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience to clients enrolled in a premium program. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable on video calls, enjoys helping people, and can manage a high volume of client interactions in a remote environment.
You will guide clients through onboarding, provide ongoing support, and ensure a smooth, successful experience throughout their journey.
Responsibilities
Client Onboarding
- Conduct 15-minute pre-scheduled Zoom calls with new clients
- Walk clients through the platform and key features
- Review program expectations and introduce team structure
Client Check-Ins
- Lead follow-up Zoom calls to ensure client progress and satisfaction
- Address questions, concerns, and obstacles
- Provide guidance and solutions to support client success
- Coordinate next steps with internal team members
Ongoing Support
- Respond to in-app inquiries and client touchpoints
- Provide timely follow-ups to keep clients on track
- Maintain a high level of service throughout the client lifecycle
High-Volume Calls
- Manage a high volume of scheduled video calls daily
- Balance multiple client interactions while maintaining quality
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable leading Zoom/video calls
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
- Customer-focused with a professional, supportive approach
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Experience
- Customer success, client support, or account management experience
- Experience with CRM systems or client management platforms
- Prior experience conducting virtual meetings
