Accounts Payable Manager

POSITION PROFILE:
The Accounts Payable Manager works directly with the Controller to ensure accurate, consistent and strong financial controls are always utilized.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Code Vendor Invoices
• Pay & File Open Invoices Online
• Bi-Weekly Check Run on all Open Invoices
• Reconcile & Code Credit Card Statements
• Code Expense & Mileage Employee Reimbursements
• Reconcile Vendor Statements
• Bank run and Post Office as needed (once a month)

                                   
PREREQUISITES/QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

1. Accounting degree preferred
2. 2 + years of bookkeeping experience

JOB KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
2. Competence in General Ledger Accounts & Classes for coding invoices.
3. QuickBooks Online knowledge a MUST
