Operations
- Pull and check orders to make sure shipments are accurate and complete.
- Load, unload, move, and store products using a forklift and barcode scanners.
- Perform daily forklift cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Use barcode scanning equipment and handheld devices to track inventory and shipments.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and shipping documents.
- Organize finished products and materials according to warehouse layout plans.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or shortages and report issues to a supervisor.
- Help with inventory counts and physical inventory checks.
- Repack and report damaged products following company procedures (SOPs).
- Work scheduled shifts, including weekends, to support product movement between facilities.
- Prepare shipping paperwork and enter package information for carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
