Call Center Hiring Representatives
Hours – 9-5 Mon-Fri
Contract to Hire
Pay rate $20/an hour
Responsibilities
– Review photographic and video evidence of vehicle violations
– Determine the validity of a violation using guidelines set forth by the industry as well as our clients
– Manage violation rules to ensure compliance with client requirements in an efficient and careful manner
– Access registered owner and vehicle information
– Develop strong, positive working relationships with team members
Requirements
– 1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Analytics or similar role
– Ability to perform repetitive tasks (meet hourly quotas of video reviewing/evidence file)
– Professionalism and ability to work well in a team environment
– Quality driven, strong attention to detail
– Possess excellent time management skills
– Be a critical thinker
– Responsive to feedback
– Basic computer knowledge
– Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
– Positive “can-do” attitude
– Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Google Suit
