Pay: $27 /hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer orders following company procedures
- Use automated tools (EDI and order systems) to manage orders efficiently
- Act as the main contact for assigned customer accounts and provide strong customer support
- Handle customer inquiries, order updates, and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock reservations for upcoming orders
- Communicate order status, shipping updates, and delays to customers
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory
- Identify ways to improve order and inventory processes
- Assist with customer experience projects and team initiatives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with retail or wholesale order management is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems
