We are working with a 200+ unit Apartment Complex in the Irondequoit area of Rochester who is looking for additional help in their busy Office.
We are looking for someone who has worked in an office setting with heavy phone and email work as well as a high volume of foot traffic.
Position will pay $23/hour with a schedule of 830am – 5pm Mon-Fri
Major Responsibilities
- Answering phones and emails
- Meet and greet tenants and new applicants who are interested in applying for residency in the building.
- Creating application packets and preparing for resident interviews.
- Assisting with leasing duties including lease signings and running background/credit checks
- Preparing balance sheets/invoices, etc.
- General administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational matters .
- Highly motivated and self-starter attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
