Sales Assistant
Contract-to-Hire
Location: Marlborough, MA
Hours: Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
This role is a key part of the sales operations team and offers opportunities for growth and advancement
Position Duties:
- Track customer orders and expedite with suppliers as needed
- Request and compare pricing and delivery quotes from vendors
- Cross-reference customer part numbers and support inside sales requests
- Communicate with suppliers via phone/email for pricing and availability
- Resolve order, pricing, and administrative issues
- Enter and maintain accurate order and sales data
- Coordinate projects and provide general sales operations support
Position Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Customer service, sales support, or admin experience preferred
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Pay Rate:
- $22/hour

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
