We have partnered with a 200+ unit very nice 250+ unit Garden style apartment complex in Royersford that is looking for a strong Leasing Agent!
Hourly pay $24/hour with a very strong bonus/commission structure as well as benefits program.
Job Summary
As a Luxury Leasing Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents. You will be responsible for showcasing the lifestyle and features of our luxury community while providing an exceptional experience from first tour to signed lease. Your goal is to exceed leasing targets and build long-term resident satisfaction.
Must have prior Leasing experience and be polished.
Pay includes leasing commissions and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage prospective residents, providing guided property tours with in-depth knowledge of apartment features, amenities, and neighborhood highlights
- Actively manage the full leasing cycle: inquiries, tours, applications, background checks, lease signing, and move-in coordination
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents through high-touch communication and concierge-level service
- Execute marketing and outreach efforts, including follow-ups, local partnerships, and digital/social campaigns
- Maintain accurate records using property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio)
- Support community events and resident engagement activities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the luxury rental space
Qualifications
- 1+ years of leasing, real estate, or hospitality experience preferred, especially in luxury or Class A properties
- Outstanding communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
- Familiarity with CRM and leasing platforms (Yardi, Knock, etc.)
- Pennsylvania Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
