Marketing & Business Development Specialist

Position Duties:
- Working with attorneys/practices on developing annual business plans, to include follow-up, measuring effectiveness, and otherwise supporting attorneys to set and meet achievable goals.
- Providing guidance and support on M/BD initiatives (such as events, sponsorships, memberships) and working with other team members to successfully execute.
- Creating and maintaining a reference library of resources including pitches, speaking points, representative clients, and client/prospect communication templates.
- Independently completing client/prospect/industry research.
- Working with attorneys to identify opportunities to engage with clients/prospects; proactively motivating attorneys to pursue these opportunities.
- Developing meaningful metrics to drive BD targeting and planning, as well as using this data to craft clear, client/prospect-facing promotional materials.
- Supporting marketing events by completing pre-event research and post-event follow-up.
- Overseeing BD portion of Firm’s internal Marketing Incentive Program.
- Maintaining transactional tracking in Firm’s CRM.
Position Requirements:
- Responsiveness, follow-through, and strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, to advance and execute projects
- 3-5 years of law firm or professional services experience
- Polished written and verbal communication; outgoing personality
- Creative problem-solver
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to form effective working relationships and rapport with lawyers and staff firm-wide
- Fluency in Adobe CC (particularly InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite
Pay Rate:
- $55 – 60/ hour Depending on Experience
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
