The Project Administrator/Assistant plays a key role in supporting all phases of construction project management, including budgeting, planning, preparation, execution, and closeout. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism, particularly on environmental, demolition, and hazardous materials projects.
Key Responsibilities

Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and overall project coordination.

Maintain accurate records and manage project data systems.

Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.

Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and project specifications.

Assist in resolving issues and improving workflows to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Reporting Structure: Reports to Project Managers and other members of management as needed

Compensation: $28–$32 per hour, commensurate with experience.
