We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced healthcare billing environment supporting multiple hospital clients. This is a fully onsite role ideal for candidates with strong customer service, call center, collections, or high-volume office experience.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours (8am–5pm range)
- $18–19/hr
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Assist patients regarding outstanding balances and account questions
- Negotiate payment plans and payment deadlines
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Update account information and payment activity in the system
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Collections or medical billing experience helpful, but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional phone presence
- Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment
