CNC Milling Machinist – Setup & Operator

Full-Time | $30-$35/hour + OT Potential
Well-established precision manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join its growing operation. This is a hands-on role focused on setup, operation, and production of tight-tolerance machined components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Setup and operate CNC milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Perform in-process and final inspections on machined parts
• Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain equipment performance
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Qualifications:
• Previous CNC milling setup/operator experience required
• Strong blueprint reading and machining knowledge
• Ability to hold tight tolerances and maintain quality standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
Compensation & Benefits:
