Audiologist

Compensation: Approximately $40–60/hour based on experience, training, and schedule
An established multi-specialty medical group in southeastern Massachusetts is seeking an Audiologist to join its outpatient Otolaryngology team. Both experienced audiologists and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Flexible and negotiable scheduling options are available for full-time or part-time candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing and balance evaluations for patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
- Recommend, fit, and adjust hearing aids
- Provide counseling and follow-up care related to hearing aid use and hearing health
- Educate patients and families regarding hearing loss and treatment options
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Maintain audiology instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Collaborate professionally with physicians and clinical staff to support quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D. or equivalent)
- Massachusetts Audiology license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience with hearing aids or willingness to work with hearing aid services required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and patient-focused approach
- Comfortable learning and utilizing electronic medical records systems
- Portuguese language skills are a plus, but not required
