Registered Nurse

Outpatient community health clinic seeking an RN! 
Location: Lawrence MA
Assignment: Temp to hire
Schedule: 40 HPW Mon-Fri; Hours are flexible but must be available to work Tuesdays until 9pm and Thurs & Fri until 5:30pm 
Pay: Up to $50/hour

Responsibilities:

• Safely administers and accurately documents immunizations and medications.
• Reviews lab results and determines next steps for care.
• Triages walk-in patients and patients over the phone.
• Provides patient education (Medication, Asthma, Healthy Eating).
• Provides wound care treatment.
• Performs mental exams (SLUMS, RUDAS MOCA).
• Performs purified protein derivative (PPD) testing.
• Conducts functional assessments.
• Conducts vision screenings.

???????Qualifications

• 2+ years experience (Ideally)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current MA RN/LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work flexible hours
