Cardiology Clinic Nurse

Cardio clinic hiring for nurse
Contract to potential hire (temp 4 months for now)
Hours: M-F 8:30-5

Key responsibilities

• Managing ongoing patient care with checking their INR levels, making sure their medication is correct, measuring blood clotting time
• Case management
• INR monitoring, dosage adjustment , bridging with Lovenox, scheduling lab home-draws, working with the Ambulatory Warfarin Management protocol and measuring patient’s INR in office. 

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.

CT RN Licensure
At least 1 year of cardiology experience
