Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Denver, CO
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $23-$24/hr
Responsibilities:
- Vacant apartment preparation
- Trash removal
- Emergency repairs
- Cleaning
- Landscaping
- Ordering maintenance equipment
- Record keeping
- Accepting deliveries and moving furniture and/or appliances.
- Turn projects (fixing up apartments after residents leave prior to leasing to a new resident)
Requirements:
- Hands on experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating, landscaping and cleaning

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
