Experience in high-volume recruiting is required, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly SuccessFactors, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume requisition load with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent across job boards, social platforms, talent communities, and competitive markets.
- Own full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate experience management.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers by providing market insights, pipeline updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain a high bar for candidate quality while meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
- Track and manage candidate activity in SuccessFactors (ATS) with precision and compliance
- Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to provide timely updates on recruitment progress and next steps.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with strong sourcing capability for hourly manufacturing roles.
- Proven success in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Experience operating as an in-house recruiter, managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional sourcing skills, including Boolean search, passive outreach, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Recruiting experience within manufacturing or similar industries is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred), job boards and sourcing tools.
