We have partnered with a National Property Management company who is looking for additional Office help in their 300 unit property on Central Ave in Albany.
The Manager is looking for someone who is very organized and can handle an environment with a lot of phone, email and in-person traffic (tenant relations!)
The hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday and paying around $22/hr.
Major Responsibilities
- Answering phones and emails
- Meet and greet tenants and new applicants who are interested in applying for residency in the building.
- Creating application packets and preparing for resident interviews.
Qualifications
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational matters .
- Highly motivated and self-starter attitude.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
