RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED
We are looking for an Experienced Property Manager for a luxury apartment community in the Keene, NH area. Your responsibilities will include managing a large apartment community including leading a team of on site leasing representatives, overseeing the performance of the maintenance team , and ensuring open communication with residents, creating and managing budgets, and overseeing any capital projects.
The successful candidate must have 5 Years experience managing large market rate apartment community , possess polished communications skills, supervisory experience, be well organized and self-motivated.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Execution of leases, marketing and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and resident retention goals.
– Assisting in the financial performance of the property including budgetary accountability and collections.
– Resident Retention provide pleasant and timely communications with all residents
REQUIREMENTS
– Yardi experience preferred
– Market Rate Experience
– College Degree preferred
– 5+ Years’ Experience Managing a Market Rate Community required.
