Executive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Leader

$90,000 – $120,000 Base + Bonus
A global industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a high-impact Executive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Leader to build and lead strategic recruiting initiatives across North America and international operations.
This is a rare opportunity to become the first dedicated senior-level Talent Acquisition hire for a highly respected manufacturing organization experiencing continued global growth and transformation.
Reporting directly to executive HR leadership, this individual will play a critical role in shaping leadership recruiting strategy, building executive talent pipelines, and driving best-in-class hiring practices across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical leadership and hard-to-fill positions across manufacturing, engineering, operations, finance, and corporate functions
- Partner directly with executive leadership on succession planning and long-term talent strategy
- Build and execute proactive search strategies targeting high-level passive talent
- Develop strong pipelines of Director and VP-level professionals across industrial and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct high-level candidate evaluations, competency interviews, and executive assessment processes
- Drive recruiting process improvements, interview standardization, and strategic hiring initiatives globally
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategy
- Help elevate employer branding and executive candidate experience across global operations
What They’re Looking For
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with strong exposure to executive or leadership-level searches
- Background within manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, engineered products, or related sectors strongly preferred
- Previous agency recruiting experience is highly desired
- Proven ability to source and engage passive talent
- Experience supporting multi-site or global organizations is a major plus
- International recruiting exposure, particularly within Europe, is highly attractive
- Strong communication skills, executive presence, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with leadership assessments or behavioral evaluation tools is a plus
