Leasing Manager

Pay: $25–$26/hour
Some of the things you’ll be working on include:

Setting leasing and marketing strategy for the property.

Resident communications to ensure the highest satisfaction during the application and renewal process.

Touring apartments with prospects and adhering to thorough follow-up procedures.
-
Leasing and pre-leasing apartments.
-
Completing applications and lease/renewal documents.
-
Reviewing vacancies, walking tour paths, and maintaining model apartments.
-
Assisting management with resident relations.
-
Making and maintaining relationships with industry partners and brokers.
-
Maintaining weekly leasing reports and monthly market surveys.
-
Analyzing the market, competition, and occupancy trends to identify opportunities and risks.
-
Recommending and tracking marketing avenues, overseeing marketing campaigns, and monitoring traffic results.
-
Updating the website and marketing sites proactively and as needed.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of residential leasing and 2 years minimum of leasing management in a luxury residential environment.

Possession of an active real estate salesperson license, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.

Knowledge of rent stabilization laws.
-
Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
-
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills.

A strong work ethic and commitment to meet deadlines.

Working knowledge of social media and communication technology platforms.
-
A big plus: Yardi and On-site experience.
