Porter
- Pay: $18-20/hr
- Hours: Full Time
- Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday- Friday
- Location: Decatur, IL
Essential Duties
- Pick up grounds/parking lot area
- Empty all garbage cans throughout the building and exterior of the building
- Move dumpster out and back in daily
- Clean and stock common restrooms, including mopping floors, cleaning toilets and sinks
- Vacuum all common hallways and community rooms
- Sweep and mop all entryways
- Clean / sanitize common area kitchen, sunroom and fitness room
- Clean laundry room, mop floor, empty garbage etc..
- Clean all trash chutes and trash chute rooms
- Complete minor work orders such as unclogging toilets, or replacing flappers or other toilet parts, etc…
- Possibly complete some painting in vacant apartments, emptying vacant apartment of any items left behind, cleaning turned unit
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in a similar role
- Experience with Residential/ Apartment cleaning
